Quality Certifications

Mardi s.a. has committed itself to the concept of food quality and safety.In order to fulfill this challenge, we have certified the standard FSSC 22000:2010 for the manufacturing and packing of fish, IQF packing, seafood IQF packing, and manufacture and IQF packing of fish and chicken-based breaded products, being the first company in the field of fish products in obtaining such certification.

This certification has been obtained through the company SGS, under the supervision of UKAS, a leading company in quality certifications.FSSC 22000 is the most complete option for the management of food innocuousness for food manufacturing companies. It has been recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative, (GFSI). This certification ensures compliance with the innocuousness requirements, both national and international, under an only internationally recognized food safety management system.

Besides, it has authorizations to export products to very demanding markets, such as USA and UE(HACCP in all its processes).
